Chat & Community Guidelines

1. Purpose

WorshipSync provides team chat so your church can discuss Sundays, setlists, and coordination. These guidelines help keep the community safe and appropriate.

2. Your Responsibility

Church creators and leaders are responsible for maintaining appropriate use of the app within their organization. Chat and other content should comply with these guidelines and applicable laws.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use chat for coordination, encouragement, and church-related discussion.
• Be respectful. Do not harass, bully, or threaten others.
• Do not share illegal content, hate speech, or explicit material.
• Do not share others’ personal information without consent.
• Do not use the app for spam or unauthorized commercial purposes.

4. Consequences

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines. Church admins may also remove members or content within their church. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of access.

5. Reporting

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it to your church admin or use Report or contact in the Chat screen, or Contact support in Profile or About. We review reports and take action when appropriate.

6. Changes

We may update these guidelines. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
